The LS1s extends any LS1 or LS1a into a phase-coherent three-way system. Its crossover at 70 Hz is already built into the LS1's DSP, so adding the subs turns the system three-way with correct time alignment. A Peerless woofer and 500 W Hypex amplifier push the low end down to 20 Hz.
