The Wavedream DAC accepts PCM up to 384 kHz and DSD up to DSD512 over USB, with S/PDIF and AES/EBU covering standard rates. Its digital processing runs at 68-bit integer precision through Parks-McClellan convolution filters (4820 taps), and the asynchronous capture stage samples at 560 MHz with 300-femtosecond jitter.
Measured range hits 132 dB. Outputs are single-ended (10 Vpp) and balanced (20 Vpp), with a 256-step volume control in 0.5 dB increments. Three filter modes (linear, minimum, and hybrid phase) let you tune the sound to taste.
