Delta-X is a low-profile Shunyata power distributor for playback, recording, mastering, and film systems. The source specs list a C19 inlet, 4 isolation zones, 8-gauge ArNi VTX buss wiring, NIC, CCI, GPNR, TAPc, QR/BB, KPIP v2 processing, and polymer footer vibration control.

Specifications

TAPc(Transverse Axial Polarizer) is a patent-pending technology that couples to the electromagnetic fields surrounding electrical or signal conductors. TAPc behaves like a polarizer, passively reducing electromagnetic distortion that presents as a type of glare or compression on sound or images.
QR/BB™ is a patented technology which acts as an instantaneous energy reserve when placed in-line with an AC power supply. It dramatically enhances the perception of dynamic impact, timing and scale in sound when connected to amplifiers or other analog-output electronics. ~ Patent: US 10,031,536 ~
KPIP v2Shunyata Research’s proprietary Kinetic Phase Inversion Process (™) refines conductor and terminal metals at the atomic level. This dramatically reduces burn-in time and significantly improves sonic performance, delivering a relaxed and life-like presentation.
NICThe ™ (Noise Isolation Chamber) is a patented technology that reduces high frequency power line noise. It absorbs high frequency noise without any of the reactive negatives associated with transformers, chokes, coils or large capacitors used in more conventional power conditioners. ~ Patent US 8,658,892 ~
GPNR(Ground Plane Noise Reduction) is an advanced ground noise filtering system derived from our Altaira ground hubs. GPNR provides continuous ground-plane noise reduction and dramatically lowers the system’s noise floor, preserving clarity, enhancing timing precision, and revealing subtle musical and spatial detail.
CCI™ filters have the unique ability to reduce component-generated power line noise without inhibiting DTCD® (Dynamic Transient Current Delivery). This unique micro-filtering approach prevents power line noise from one component from contaminating other electronics in the system.
DTCD® Analysis is a proprietary measurement technique developed to measure instantaneous current flow through very low impedance electrical conductors and contacts. It is used to optimize the design of electrical parts and materials, ensuring optimal instantaneous current delivery.
