Backert Labs makes tube preamplifiers in Pennsylvania and nothing else. Bob Backert founded the company in 2014 around his GreenForce power supply, patented in 2012 and built into every preamp, from the Rhumba on up. The chassis has no visible screws, and a tool-free door opens for tube swaps. Each linestage runs just 2 12AU7 tubes, and 4 tube-life technologies mean you'll probably never think about replacements. Low output impedance suits any power amp, tube or solid state. You get tube depth without tube fuss.
