Stratos Vichos founded Lab12 in Athens in 2012, building tube electronics by hand in a storage space at street number 12 (that's where the name comes from). The company debuted at the Munich High End show in 2013 and now sells in more than 35 countries. The Integre4 integrated amp and Melto2 phono stage run on vacuum tubes because Vichos tunes for tone and emotional weight, with specs in a supporting role. The gear stays affordable for what it is. You'll hear music breathe.
