Roy Hall founded Music Hall in April 1985 and still runs it from Great Neck, New York. The formula hasn't changed: turntables that do the fundamentals well at prices real people pay. His MMF tables come from a Czech factory that's been building turntables for over 50 years, and models like the MMF-5.3 carry carbon fiber tonearms. Stereophile's Recommended Components list includes them year after year. Phono stages, cartridges, and record care gear fill out the line. It's honest kit. Buy it, play records, smile.
