The LS5/9F uses the same handmade Volt bass/midrange driver and 34mm Audax tweeter as the LS5/9, in a larger cabinet that extends the bass and the dynamics. A discrete switch replaces the soldered tweeter calibration, which helps in rooms with a lot of absorbent furnishing.
