The TD 1600 with TP 160 pairs Thorens' suspended subchassis design with the TP 160 tonearm. A two-part aluminum platter, precision-ground belt drive, and wooden plinth carry the classic Thorens engineering approach.
The TP 160 tonearm is a 9-inch radial arm in the medium weight class, matched to the TD 1600's subchassis.
