The TD 1601 with TP 160 builds on the TD 1600's subchassis design and adds electronic speed switching, an auto-stop function, and balanced XLR output.
The TP 160 tonearm is included. The suspended subchassis, two-part platter, and wooden plinth carry over from the TD 1600.
It's the more feature-rich version of Thorens' 1600 series.
