Advance Paris started in France in 1995 as Advance Acoustic, launched with 5 loudspeakers, then moved into electronics in 2002 and took its current name in 2013. The house style is easy to spot: glowing VU meters, tubes in several models, and full-width faceplates that recall classic 1970s gear. The A12 Classic integrated and the PlayStream A7 streaming amplifier anchor the range, which now sells in more than 40 countries. It's French design with a warm, generous sound. You get a lot of amplifier for the money.
