Pathos

Pathos began in Vicenza in 1994, when engineer Gianni Borinato had an idea for a new amplifier circuit and asked friends Paolo Andriolo and Gaetano Zanini to help him build it. The circuit, patented as InPoL, delivers current while copying the input signal exactly, with no feedback loop to flatten the harmonics. Andriolo's Twin Towers amp has been called the most beautiful amplifier ever made. They're still handcrafted in Vicenza, Palladio's city. They sound as Italian as they look.
